At Eaton Bikes, the safety of our customers and team is a top priority. Today, more than ever, we remain committed to following state and local health guidelines and will continue implementing COVID-19 safety measures to help ensure the health and safety of our team and customers.

Hygiene

Eaton Bikes technicians wear gloves when working on customers bikes and wash their hands at least hourly. The front desk team members also wash their hands many times throughout the day and spray credit cards with rubbing alcohol before giving them back to customers.

Contactless Ordering and Delivery

We offer contactless ordering online through our website. You can rent your bikes online and we will deliver them to your place of lodging. We will text you with a picture of where your bikes are located and your lock combination. Use promo code: eaton007 for a 10% discount.

Team Wellness Checks

Eaton Bikes asks every team member how they feel everyday and even the slightest symptoms will transition that team member into a 14 day quarantine.

Social Distancing

We limit the number of team members and customers in the bike shop at any given time. Eaton Bikes wants everyone to be safe and keeping our distance is one of the easiest things to do.
