When you got to rent a bike in Key West make sure you take advantage of one of the bike styles you may not normally have tried. Key West is a great place to do a little experimenting because you can trade your rental in just about anywhere.

This is one of the coolest things about Key West, the ability to ride your bike around the whole island. My wife and I rented beach cruisers, which are really interesting bikes designed for the sand, and we simply had a blast playing in the sand and surf. We were pretty able to walk everywhere else.
